Welcome to Naples, the city of love-struck siren Parthenope. We know, you’re eager to answer her call – thankfully, our driver will be at at Naples International Airport (NAP) to scoop you up and ferry you to your city-centre hotel. After checking in, you’ll have a couple of hours to stare at the sun-sequined sea views, before meeting our driver back in the hotel lobby where you’ll be taken to dinner at an authentic Neapolitan restaurant. When you’re finally ready to tap-out of the limoncello shots, roll outside and into your transport back to the hotel, where a good night’s sleep awaits. 

You’ve had a taste of sultry, late-evening Naples. But the city is a different beast during the daytime – all horn-toots, graffiti’d alleyways and church bells. After breakfast, you’ll be met by our expert local Insider for a deep-dive into the beating heart of the action. Stops at key architectural landmarks, such as Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, the complex of Santa Chiara, and the seam of the city, Spaccanapoli, will be punctuated by foodie pit stops. Deep-fried-yet-delicate courgette flowers, mozzarella-stuffed panzerotti, and sweet, flaky sfogliatelle are signature must-tries. Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure, or opt for a visit to Pompeii – the ancient Roman city, destroyed in 79AD by Mount Vesuvius. In the company of our expert Insider, walk the paved streets, scored by hundreds of years of horse carts. Peer into the ruins of once-extravagant villas, and pay your respects to the victims, delicately preserved in plaster casts. After a day spent wearing down the heels of your gladiator sandals, it’s time for a well-earned aperitivo. Meet our driver for the transfer back to your hotel.

After yesterday’s Neapolitan walkathon, your feet will be relieved to hear that today is all about sea spray and cool Mediterranean breezes – so pack your swimsuit. After breakfast, you’ll be met by our driver and Insider and taken to the port of Naples, where you’ll board a hydrofoil bound for the island of Procida.

A knuckle of golden sandstone barnacled with pastel-coloured houses, Procida is what you might call one of Italy’s true hidden gems. Except it’s not hidden at all, just overlooked by the masses making a beeline for Capri. Their loss is your gain, as you’ll hike up to the medieval clifftop village of Terra Murata, and stroll the crowd-free streets of its pastel-palette town centre.

Cool those toes off as you speed back across the bay to Naples, where you’ll jump ships for another hydrofoil to Procida’s bigger sister island of Ischia. See those rolling green mountains? Those blazing blonde beaches? They’re yours to explore – as soon as you’ve found yourself some lunch in one of Ischia’s friendly cafes and restaurants. 

After swimming, eating and sunning the afternoon away, you’ll return to the port of Naples to be met by our driver once more and returned to your hotel. 

Sunkissed and satisfied, enjoy one last espresso-fuelled breakfast at your hotel before being collected by our driver for your airport transfer. Remember though, this is not goodbye, it’s a “ciao bella”.
